When we send a cancellation to a Service Provider on you behalf, you sign a permission for us to send that specific information to the Service Provider, and ask them to cancel your subscription. Thus we can not add information afterwards. If you have new information (eq. an other email that the subscription could be registered on), then you need to send a new cancellation within Mina Tjänster/Abonnemangshjälpen, so you sign for that information as well.
When you have sent a cancellation with the updated information, we will contact you as soon as cancellation is ready.
Alternatively you can also directly contact the service provider of your subscription.
