If you want to cancel a subscription through Abonnemangshjälpen you do the following steps.
- Press the subscription that you want to cancel
- Press the tab "Säg upp"(cancel)
- Press "Fortsätt uppsägningen" (continue to cancellation)
- Enter the information that we ask for in the form and sign your cancellation with BankID
Subscriptions that have been signed up via iTunes, Google Play Store and Appstore:
Unfortunately you can't cancel subscriptions that you have signed up for through iTunes, Google Play Store or Appstore via Abonnemangshjälpen. To cancel this type of subscriptions you have to do the cancellation directly with the service where you signed up.
Subscriptions that are manually added:
Cancellations for subscriptions that you have added manually to your overview can an extra day or two to be sent to the service provider. The reason for is that manually added subscriptions have to be verified before handling. If you need a confirmation of your cancellation immediately (e.g. due to free try period), we recommend that you contact the service provider directly for the cancellation.
