Sometimes, our system can interpret a one-time payment as a subscription. This means that you might have a subscription identified on your overview, which is not, in fact, a subscription. In most cases, this happens because you have bought something, from a store or similar, which then has been interpreted as a subscription.
This will automatically be deleted from your overview when the system has learned that the transaction is not related to a subscription.
Today, or system present all potential subscriptions that we detect on your accounts that you have access to from the bank. Some of the subscriptions that we show can belong to family members that you share the account with.
How to remove a subscription from the overview:
- Log into the account with BankID
- Click on the subscription you want to delete
- Click on "Ändra abonnemang"
- Click on "Ta bort från översikt"
Note: If you remove a subscription from your overview, it does not mean that we will cancel your subscription. If you delete a subscription manually it will only be removed from your overview.
